This 51 minute video is a step-by-step building of the major organs of the cardiovascular systems. This building guides students to understand the placement of the heart in the thoracic cavity and how the shape of the heart can give away the chambers.
Students build the heart and major arteries of the body and can see the interaction of how arteries travel with major nerves and their branches.
This lesson blends Star's Notes Module IVA & IVB and Hands-On Body Systems: Movement & Communication pages 88-101. I added another 'new trick' to this building activity. :)
